Four Creeks and Knott Creek schools provide educational programs for elementary students on Individualized Education Plans who've had persistent behavior challenges in school. Students learn new social and academic skills and strategies to prepare them for school success. Four Creeks and Knott Creek schools serve students from Multnomah County and other school districts by contract and operate on a continuum system.
